InFlight provides Individual Residential Alternatives (IRAs) to individuals with developmental disabilities in both Columbia and Ulster Counties. Our mission is to ensure the people we support  reach their highest level of independence and inclusion into the community while living in a home setting.

 

The Direct Support Professionals are dedicated caregivers who teach and assist with daily living and self-care skills such as: personal hygiene, laundry care, grocery shopping, preparing meals, comparative shopping, and banking skills. Swimming, dining  out, bowling and other outings are encouraged while implementing community awareness and safety.
