MSC is available to any Medicaid eligible person in New York State with a qualifying disability or diagnosis. MSC is designed to provide a high quality, person centered approach to service coordination.

Steven Lidsky, MA, is the Medicaid Service Coordinator for In Flight, Inc. Steven has more than twelve years experience as a Service Coordinator both as the MSC Supervisor for Columbia County ARC (Coarc) for more than ten years and the MSC Intake and Plan of Care Coordinator for more than two years. Steven is experienced in enrolling eligible candidates for Waiver services and achieving Medicaid eligibility for children who are OPWDD eligible.
